Mentoring

Contrast Training Mentors are able to empower delegates in accessing their own inner resources, qualities and capabilities to achieve their desired outcomes. Mentors will work directly with individuals or groups, providing guidance, reviewing documents, facilitating workshops and resolving problems. A mentoring project may be a short duration consisting of a number of review sessions or it may be for a few days per month for the duration of a project.

e-learning

Our e-learning solution provides libraries of training in applications ranging from Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Crystal Reports and SAP and includes a Learning Management System allowing full management reporting. We believe that e-learning is most effective when combined with other forms of learning such as one-to-one coaching or instructor led training. Well integrated blended learning solutions can provide learners with a more complete, fully rounded learning experience and can include the use of e-learning for pre-classroom work, pre- and post-course testing, use of computer animations in the classroom, as well as access to all or part of our e-learning library after the classroom experience is completed. Importantly, our blended programs ensure that the learning experience is both focused and varied. Each program is custom-designed with the client, drawing from our extensive classroom and e-learning course offerings.

Floor Walking

Floorwalking gives staff the opportunity to get quick advice, tips, and training, on request, at their desk, without having to attend an entire course. If requested, this method of training can also provide the ideal opportunity to informally evaluate staff skills, allowing specific or key areas of a training requirement to be identified with a view to increasing productivity even further with specific training modules and topics.
