Microsoft Visio 2003 - Flowcharting
Overview
Creating effective Flowcharts using Microsoft Visio 2003.
Target Audience
This course is aimed at users who are required to create flowcharts for business processes on a regular basis, users who are new to Visio 2003 or users who have used Visio 2003 before but would like to brush up on Flowcharting, Stencils and Templates.
Prerequisites
It is essential that course participants have successfully completed a Windows Introductory course, or have gained a similar level of knowledge within the work environment. A working knowledge of knowledge of decision making models is helpful although not essential. Specifically participants need to be fully conversant in:
- Basic Keyboarding (Shift, Caps Lock, Ctrl etc).
- Basic Windows Operating System Navigation.
- Mouse Skills.

- Effectively plan and layout different types of Flowcharts.
- Use Visio 2003 tools to create professional Flowcharts.
