Microsoft FrontPage 2003 - Core
Overview
Create websites for the Internet using Microsoft FrontPage 2003.
Target Audience
This course is aimed at users who have little or no experience using Microsoft FrontPage 2003, users who have used other website development applications and wish to convert to FrontPage or users who have used previous versions of FrontPage and wish to brush up on the new features in this version.
Prerequisites
It is essential that course participants have successfully completed a Windows Introductory course, or have gained a similar level of knowledge within the work environment. Specifically participants need to be fully conversant in:
- Basic Keyboarding (Shift, Caps Lock, Ctrl etc).
- Basic Windows Operating System Navigation.
- Mouse Skills.
Objectives
Upon completion users will be able to:
- Create web-based HTML documents to develop a website.
- Create hyperlinks to link to other files on the Internet or on a network.
- Place pictures in a page to increase the information conveyed to visitors.
- Use tables to arrange text and objects on a page.
- Manage and publish your site with FrontPage tools.
