Prerequisites

- Enter and Manage Tasks and Resources.
- Set advanced properties for Tasks and Resources
- Filters, Groups and Views.
- Project management terminology such as the Critical Path, Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt charts, PERT etc.
Objectives
Upon completion users will be able to:
- Create a full project plan in Project 2002 (XP) including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Create and manage a workable project schedule using different views, tables and reports.
- Extract project estimates through resource allocation and reports.
