Target Audience

Prerequisites

  • Enter and Manage Tasks and Resources.
  • Set advanced properties for Tasks and Resources
  • Filters, Groups and Views.
  • Project management terminology such as the Critical Path, Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt charts, PERT etc.

Objectives

Upon completion users will be able to:

  • Create a full project plan in Project 2002 (XP) including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Create and manage a workable project schedule using different views, tables and reports.
  • Extract project estimates through resource allocation and reports.
