Writing Effectively

Overview

We are often judged by our ability to produce clear, concise documents that answer the readers’ questions. However, many company employees lack the necessary skills to deal with correspondence effectively. This course helps writers to deal with correspondence, such as e-mails, effectively and efficiently and clears up common misunderstandings on writing today.

Target Audience

For anyone who needs to improve their business writing skills. We recommend 10 participants as a maximum.
