As part of an HR initiative, a full appraisal programme was carried out for all staff to identify training needs and skills gaps. We assisted the client in putting together a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) form to capture relevant information which was then used as the basis of each course. A detailed training schedule was then put together which allowed staff to book themselves onto the appropriate course.
