Our client upgraded to Microsoft Outlook 2003 from GroupWise. We developed a training programme to assist with the change for all staff, produced training documentation and provided floorwalking support to ensure the upgrade ran smoothly and was fully supported.

SunGard
IntelliMATCH (Matching & Reconciliation)
We are the chosen training partner for SunGard to deliver their bespoke financial products, not only for their internal staff, but also for international clients.
Our Consultants assist in the development of training programmes for new product launches, creating complex business manuals and supporting documentation, customising training programmes for clients to fit in-line with their business processes and offering full support for the programme.
We also provide a dedicated administration resource who schedules all courses in the UK and soon to be in the US. As well as issuing Joining Instructions (JIs), organising courseware and training rooms, they also manage the trainers diaries and travel bookings.

We developed a bespoke training solution for Barclays to implement SharePoint throughout several different business divisions. The training courses were specific to job roles and focussed on the key principles of SharePoint working on a Portal and Workspace level.
