Quality assurance is extremely important, both in terms of our design and consultancy and the range of services offered to our clients. Our design principles demonstrate a commitment to quality.
The achievement of quality standards and best practice in its various forms is promoted by Contrast Training through staff training. Staff are provided with in-house training on the performance of relevant tasks and activities, which supports the use of written guidelines and external training when required. All staff undertake a formal annual appraisal by line managers and this concentrates very much on career progression and achieving personal and company goals.
