Pathways Process

Our Pathways Process encompasses project management guidelines, interventions and initiatives that deal with the initiation and scoping stage, planning stage, implementation stage and the final close out stage. Each of the Pathways stages and their associated tasks are streamlined to meet the needs and objectives of the client ensuring the successful completion of the project. This in turn is supported by the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in all training delivery enabling the transfer of skills and knowledge within a multi-sensory environment conducive to learning and progression. Mentoring and Coaching are also available and are a valuable supplement to any large scale project with the focus firmly on employee career and personal development.

There are four key components to the Pathways Process, each step is detailed below:

1. Initiation

This stage entails gathering the core information needed for the successful implementation and completion of the project. The project is scoped, teams are formed, overall objectives and responsibilities are set and organisational and individual expectations are recorded. Any required Change Management process or User Acceptance Testing is then implemented. Our training team are also inducted into the culture and philosophy of the client allowing the creation of a seamless extension to the business.

2. Planning

The information gained in the initial stage lays the foundation for the planning stage. A Training Needs Analysis is conducted forming the basis for a number of training delivery and methodology options. Curriculum design and courseware development then follow ensuring all associated objectives are met as well as any required job role and process analysis.

3. Implementation

The training is delivered with progress and feedback continually monitored and acted upon. Regular project meetings are held and any agreed reports are created and submitted. Individual mentoring is implemented supported by a range of learning methodologies and interventions targeted at the individual learner.

4. Close Out

The final stage of any project rollout is the close out. All outcomes are reported, feedback is analysed and reviewed and any further training and support is introduced. Return on Investment studies are then implemented at an agreed time to measure the overall success and identify any further action required.
