To help achieve this, we have developed two proven methodologies: FLAIR and PATHWAYS. Using these methodologies for training projects help our customers be in control of all aspects of the project.

Pathways

Our Pathways Process encompasses project management guidelines. Each stage and their associated tasks are streamlined to meet the needs and objectives of our clients ensuring a successful completion of any training programme. This is supported by the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in all training delivery enabling the transfer of skills and knowledge within a multi-sensory environment conducive to learning and progression. Mentoring and Coaching are also available and are a valuable supplement to any large scale project with the focus firmly on employee career and personal development.
